Our Restaurant
Satrap Restaurant, which fascinates its guests with its view of the pigeon valley located in the heart of the Cappadocia region, is the business of a family company that has been serving the community for more than 20 years. Our mission is to provide our guests with a truly unique dining experience that showcases the best of Cappadocian cuisine. We use only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in our dishes and take great care when preparing them perfectly. In addition to a wide variety of traditional Turkish dishes, our menu also includes some international favorites. We also have a full bar with a wide range of wines, beers and cocktails. We are located in a charming environment with a view of the iconic Cappadocian rock formations and the valley. We would be honored to welcome you to Satrap.
